Profile

Though his large size might seem intimidating to most, Samuel Trask's demeanor is anything but, far from it, he couldn't hurt a fly without weeping over it. Much of the blame for how the statuesque Selakii became the way he is can be placed on the loss of his younger brother, an event that the guilt-riddled Sam still blames himself for. Three people would enter Sam's life to keep the miserable shark carrying on when he was at his lowest point: The first was Beck, a young Lapine hybrid who greatly reminded Sam of his dearly departed brother, and much like Sam himself, had lost his own sibling to the harshness of space, making him very much in need of a figure like Sam, just as Sam needed him. Second was a mechanic named Sigler Skvorak, who took Beck and Sam under his wing as apprentices and requested his and Beck's acceptance into the Crimson Scourge crew, a controversial move to most in the infamous pirate corps, but one accepted by Captain Dorian Dumeril himself. The third was the ship's head medical officer, a coy and cunning Lesser Felidae by the name of Kendra Quiel, who took an interest in Sam that was a bit more carnal in nature, bringing with her good advice and a true comfort that was as much intimate as it was sexual.

Thus now, with renewed purpose and the help of the people around him, Sam is ready to begin taking his life back into his own hands. When not running drone sync-calibrations in the ship's fighter hangar, Sam can usually be found either relaxing quietly in the crew lounge, spending time with his new brother Beck, or being teased mercilessly by his new "Master" Kendra. In fact, the latter can be found occurring between the two in nearly any secluded corner on-board the ship, one has merely to listen for the sounds of Kendra's muted twinkling giggle and Sam's heavy breathing...
