I've stumbled across this little one here several times and wanted to ask if it's really available as a freebie? 

I would like to include it in my stories. The little one could possibly become Sarina's adoptive son, so he would then have two siblings plus a few cousins. 

He would emulate his mother, who is a very good doctor & surgeon & is indispensable to their family.
