Ever since Neo was a young Lumi she's always been interested in history and magic of their world. When she was young she ended up somehow alone in the world to fend for herself, but not as young as her younger adopted sister Star. Star was just barely crawling while she was scuffed up. She wanted better for her and her sister and when she took her in and cared for and raised her she set them both on track for an education. Determined to have them both educated and ready to live in the world of Hanging lights.
