"Tilly" for short! Sometimes conjures illusions to give herself paws and wings, or other minor adjustments. Cannot fly, but can levitate with her psychic abilities and general weightlessness. The wings are "just cute" and for show when this occurs.
Cannot pick up items easily, keeps a ruse of being able to successfully retrieve and hold items by casting a 'paw' illusion over her hooves and using her psychic powers to levitate objects where they would be if her digits were picking them up (to some error.)
