Biography
Stellianna Celia is a full-time university student with a brash and outspoken personality, and the 54th Star Fighter Citrine. She has been best friends with Althena since high school. She is a starfish and is typically friendly to most people but reacts very harshly to being insulted. She and the highly conceited Marcus Arcan (Star Fighter Cerulean) have a bad relationship with each other and are incapable of cooperating.
As a Star Citrine, she carries a yellow Binding Star and wields a weaponized parasol which acts as a 2-in-1 shield and sword. She is fond of exercising.
