He is a member of the royal family and manipulates the puppet parliament/ government with the sole aim of keeping the country stable and prosperous. There is rumours that he is behind many of the convictions and assassinations of people against the country but so far there has not been solid evidence.
He is very secretive, hence sometimes people think he is uncaring and would avoid him in fear. His own brother is unsure whether or not Airell would kill him if he was a threat to the country, but is optimistic that Airell does love him deep inside.
