Erembour is the heir to the Shadow Throne, but she runs from her destiny. Instead of facing her truth she slips in and out of the shadows in other lands as a thief.
Her parents are the gods of the world, and they aren't proud of their daughter. They believe she'll soon come back to the Shadows and claim her throne but Erembour doesn't plan on doing any such thing.
