Biography
Marcus Arcan is the son of Geoluna's governor, Canus Arcan. He is a cat who is arrogant, conceited, and refuses to see things in any other way but his own. He is harshly opininated and verbally beats down anyone who disagrees with him. Marcus is also the 137th Star Fighter Cerulean, wielding a blue Binding Star and an axe as his weapon.
Despite being the governor's son, Marcus gets no free handouts from his father and works part-time in a fast-food restaurant. He then squanders his paychecks on himself and the two friends who actually tolerate him, Lenna Morray and Maple Flapjack.

Trivia
Marcus moderates an online forum about one of the mobile games he avidly plays (and wastes money on).
He is incapable of having a decent interaction with Stellianna, the 54th Star Citrine.
Lenna is friendss with Marcus because she has an equally horrible personality. Maple is friends with Marcus because she is in love with him and turns a blind eye to his inability to be a decent person. In fact, those two are the ONLY people whom he shows any kind of respect for.
