my,,,robot boy,,, he's kinda in a cyberpunk/post-apocalyptic world setting 

he works as a lab assistant/combat medic type(?) he's also quite polite but firm with stuff (i.e: "Sir, you need to take your medicine." grumble of annoyance from doctor "Doctor, I will not leave until you have taken them. It's vital for your health. Thank you." he also does have human emotions and such, but usually appears,,,v robotic and stiff to outsiders

the horns on his head are for an intimidation factor! he seems v kind and friendly, yet to people who haven't experienced his personality and,,,,v tall height (around 6'6~?), he seems menacing n people won't mess with him (he just wants to be approachable :( )

his name, 1717 ("Seventeen-Seventeen") is based off of the code for the shade of blue used,, he also works in a research sector and typically stays reserved to that area 

- color of circle/emotion can be various shades of blue in a relaxed state, yellow in a processing/thinking state, and a vivid red if malfunctioning or in an extreme state of emotion
