Arel

Personality: eccentric, happy, and quite chatty, he loves attention and pleasing others. His psychic abilities get out of hand a lot, breaking windows and mirrors whenever he gets fired up, angry/sad, or very happy.

Description: As a child, Arel had very strong psychic abilities, unlike his older brother and younger sister. Growing up in a psychic family, that's what he thought was normal, until Harley left home one day. To this day, he worries over what he had done to his brother, but he figures it was because he moved and broke everything with his psychic abilities that scared Harley to leaving home. 

When Arel continued to live at home (and still does), he was scouted out to be a pokemon idol, which turned out to be a great success. From there, he decided to try out and be a gym leader in his city, to which he successfully took over. 

Following in his brother's footsteps, he has quite the brother complex with him, hoping to patch up their slightly messy but innocent past.
