The Immortal

A human, who despite having drifted up to the Sun's Death Boat, is not actually dead, and in fact can touch the Beings. She doesn't remember anything of her life, which is uncommon for any that show up on the Sun's Boat. She's cautious and nervous about being around the other Beings when they are called to the boat to figure out what to do with her.

She eventually finds out that she was crafted and created by the humans as a way to kill the gods as the humans had gotten fed up with them. She was born during an eclipse when no other humans are born for the gods are preoccupied with performing the eclipse ceremony. She was sacrificially "killed" so that she could face the Sun, but lost her memories from the event. From the Sun's kindness she finds that she does not want to kill her or any of the other Beings.
