Shawn Zuncanon: The Hacker
About: Shawn was abandoned at birth and left on the step of a church. He spent his early years in an orphanage in Rivuston. While the other kids were playing games and making up stories, Shawn was always tinkering. He would wait until after the curfew, sneak down the hallway to the computer room, and steal a laptop on a nightly basis. He would spend the night surfing the internet, where he discovered his fascination with computer coding and programming.
Shawn didn't get along well with other children. He often found himself getting into fights. From an early age he had a temper problem, and if engaged, he would immediately resort to violence. The staff tried to work with him in counseling, but made no progress.
At age 15, Shawn was moved from the orphanage to a psychiatric hospital after he assaulted one of the other children, breaking their jaw in the process. He spent three years in the hospital and was released at the age of 18.
Shawn casually slid off the grid after his discharge from the hospital. Nobody noticed, because nobody was looking for him.
Perhaps they should have been.
