Personality: Kind and sweet, submissive and a people-pleaser, Teak is known for her affectionate nature in particular. 

History: Teak was the first of the liquid shapeshifters created by That Which Is during the primordial days of Earth. Comprised of liquid nature, as one of the closest elements to creation, she was initially very eager to join That Which Is, fundamentally misunderstanding the balance of creation and destruction. Teak refused to use the trident Nemesis she was gifted to purge some of her creations, leading That Which Is to form additional shapeshifters in turn. Teak struck up a loving relationship with her successor liquids, especially Hade, and served as the original inspiration for Persephone during ancient Greece. Her relationships were tested strongly during the Crusades, when the Assembly kidnapped Purity of Sin. Disillusioned and horrified by the wanton slaughter of humans by her fellow liquids in reprisal for Purity's kidnapping, she left the group after cessation of hostilities, wandering the earth for some time. She changed her form at this time, squishing from her massive, motherly frame into a much smaller, more chaotic entity. Eventually, she came upon Nyx, a new liquid she hadn't met, and made it her quest to not only reconnect with her former brethren, but any new liquids which may still be out there.
