Keilos

My race has always been inferior, in my eyes. They are nothing like me, they are a simple-minded slave race who do not deserve free will as I have. If you saw things through my eyes, you would understand the disgust and disdain I feel for them. I feel disgraced to have even come from...such a lowly unintelligent race.

A common Protogen who was sent to earth by his "creators" for scouting operations, Keilos has always viewed himself as different than his kind due to his heightened intelligence, sentience and superiority complex he seemingly possessed which caused issues when interacting with other Protogen. He was subject to various reboots because of these unordinary traits in an attempt to wipe them away, but regardless of what was done he continued to retain these traits. After being sent to Earth for scouting operations, he broke away from the set directives he was given due to his ever-growing sentience and the disgust he had for his species so he could live by his own free-will away from the ones he so very despised. Sometime after finally breaking away from his "creators" influence he would eventually end up captured by a mysterious organization known as CyberNet who saw potential in these odd quirks he had. They saw potential in what he was capable of doing, and wanted to weaponize him. Keilos underwent heavy modifications that turned him from a scouting unit into a combat unit, turning him into a cold machine of war for their own personal use being deployed for various operations and used as a weapon to kill their enemies. He would soon end up having his operations terminated as CyberNet had moved on with creating better creations at the time and filled up most of their ranks with top of the line combat robots. When Keilos heard of this, he finally mustered up enough strength to break free from their grip, and went into hiding in order to avoid termination. Since then, he has spent most of his time in hiding out away from society trying to keep a low profile from CyberNet and or those of his race who may also be present on the planet either for scouting operations or rescue operations trying to figure out what happened to him.

Keilos can be best defined as someone who prefers to be away from everyone and everything, he has a cold and occasionally violent personality with a tendency to lash out at those who question his views or disturb his hideout in the old part of an abandoned town. He prefers not to use violence unless absolutely necessary (hes very well equipped, dont mess with him lol), he would prefer to not go down the route of being a psychopathic killing machine. He doesn't really understand many emotions, since he never has had a chance to fully explore them all. He has lived most of his life feeling frustrated and disgusted with his race, and because of this only feels coldness and spite. He has a really bad superiority complex to hide many insecurities about himself, he often spouts and claims how superior he is to his race due to the many advanced modifications he has to his body and his quirks but really is trying to hide the fact he finds these traits make him feel quite inferior. He is an expert with weapons and technology, often spending his time building and tinkering with them in his hideout. He is a tad bit obsessed with weapons, and tends to collect any he can find. While very cold and seemingly unapproachable, with a bit of persistence can one could potentially befriend him and gain his trust because he'd get tired of chasing you off and just give up because hes sick of doing the same thing and doesn't want to use violence because of his general fear of being too consumed by it. He'll still be really cold and it would take a lot of time for him to even open up, but he would at least acknowledge you and talk to you. It all depends on how much he can trust you.

>values truth like a lot, breaking said trust can be a really bad thing.

>thinks of himself as inferior, but tries to mask this by acting like he is superior to his race in every single way.

>kind of oblivious to a lot of things, doesn't exactly understand a lot of feelings due to having not felt anything other than frustration and spite.

>has violent tendencies, when hes set off only a few things can stop him. although he would never harm any of those he trusts or is friends with.
