Kei is Kakei's younger brother, but unlike him, he does not have Octo blood, he is full inkling. He is calm, optimistic, polite, and friendly but can get aggressive to kakei for his dumb decisions. still he has a pervy mind he can hide from everyone. He is very fond to classical music since very young age, has learn to play piano and his goal is to become a famous conductor. at splatfest meets, from afar, at Pacu a DJ and becomes his fan. kei still needs to learn to be more social something that seems impossible for him, he gets easily shy.
