Ebony's constantly grumpy, contrasting to his partner-in-battle's happy and bubbly personality. Naiv is often seen pulling him out of arguments and sometimes, out of battles when he's failed to do that. Ebony heavily dislikes Andreas, and they both constantly get in arguments when they're near each other.
