Personality: Though occasionally impulsive and frequently reckless with his own safety, Judas is exceedingly protective of what remains of his family; namely his twin, Raggedy Ann and little brother, Urban Decay. He is very loyal to the Versai, particularly Eos, in whose land he was born and raised. With the death of his mother and the disappearance of his father, Judas has felt particularly responsible for his siblings and for doing whatever possible to aid the cause of the Versai.
History: Born and reared in Rosemonde, Judas and his twin, Raggedy Ann, born a few hours after he was, enjoyed a relatively happy childhood. It was only when their mother was stolen by the Helkaer that the reality of what the world could be like began to sink into their awareness. Given his particular closeness with his mother, Judas was particularly rattled by what happened to her and no doubt that was the beginning of his lifelong dedication to doing whatever possible to protect his family.
Alas, there was little that could be done when death laid claim upon his mother. Not long thereafter, his father also disappeared. From there on out, it has been himself, his twin sister and their little brother, Urban Decay.
While loathe to contemplate either of his siblings putting themselves in harm`s way, that has not stopped the red dun youth from ending up in dangerous situations. An assignment from Eos that ought to have been quite safe unfortunately swiftly became deadly when the presence of the royal twins was betrayed to Galaga, who attacked Judas, along with another young equine escorting the duo, Adina, and kidnapped Astraea and Artemis. Though he was unsuccessful in defending the twins, he was able to carry his mortally wounded comrade back to Rosemonde, though badly injured himself. When Ann found out, she was far from pleased, to say the least...
Months later, well on the road to recovery, having heard rumours of a madman believing himself to be a deity and capturing equines to convert to some twisted corruption of religion, Judas sought guidance from Utopia. He reasoned that if he could rescue some poor victim from such a madman, perhaps he could atone for failing to protect Astraea and Artemis. While Lady Rasa, it seemed, was somehow unfamiliar with the rumoured madman, she was willing to offer guidance as soon as she learned more. The best way to do that, was to become a seer for Utopia. While no doubt most equines would feel it wise to carefully weigh options and not jump headlong into something that would impact the rest of their lives... Judas did not.
Although scolded soundly by his twin, Judas has yet to regret his decision. True, being a Seer comes with a price that is frequently enough unpleasant to endure. However, given that he was able to rescue a young mare by the name of Fiori, he has no regrets.
At three years of age, Judas and his siblings, along with several others around their age throughout The Highlands underwent the very first judgement of the youth living in the Versai territories. As nerve-wracking as the ordeal was, Judas is proud that he and his siblings all passed.
Most recently, a steal was made upon Judas, but while his leader wished to prevent the steal, a vision led the red dun youth to request Eos allow it to happen. While he cannot be sure precisely why, all Judas knows is that for some reason the steal must go through and now he has entered Oinaze, uncertain of his path, but trusting to the guidance of Utopia.
