Trassel, also known as experiment 666, is an illegal creation by Jumba to make humans sinful and evil by sitting on their shoulder, whispering into their ear.
It shrinks to be pocket-sized so it can hide on your shoulder and convince you to act on your intrusive thoughts; doing things you shouldn't. This can be anything from making lactose-intolerant people consume dairy, making someone commit crimes etc.
If you can resist it's temptations, it can't actually harm you.
Trassel was contained and restrained soon after being released from it's pod on earth, but managed to escape and chew through it's restraining jacket after years of confinement. Finally he is free to cause havoc among the humans.
