☆ TERMS OF SERVICE ☆

When buying from me, you are agreeing to credit me in all places that you post it. If it is an adopt, you must credit me for the design. If it is a commission, you must credit me for the art.

You must pay before you receive the full version of what you paid for. This includes both art and currency payments.

I typically take a few hours per commission, but sometimes I may have several other artworks I need to do, or real life will intervene, or my mental health will unmotivate me. However, I will always finish. If it has been over a week, feel free to message me to ask what is going on. Do not harass me. As soon as I start on your project, I will send you the sketch to let you know I have begun. I will also most likely keep in contact with you during the entire process to ensure I am doing everything right.

If paying with currency, pay immediately or give me a reason why you cannot pay. I can hold the adoptable/commission for up to a week, unless you give a reason for a longer hold. If the currency is not delivered by the end of the extension, the item being payed for will be given to the next offerer of my choice.

If paying with art, art must be completed in 2 weeks time. At the end of 2 weeks, you must provide a sketch of the art and a reason why you were not able to finish to receive an extention of 1 week. If no sketch is given, or the art is not finished after the extension, the item will be given to the next offerer of my choice.

Once yours, you may do with the design what you wish. This includes:

☆ Changing the design (Minorly, it must be able to be recognized as my design. This can include changing the gender, clothes, color, etc)

☆ Using it in Comics

☆ Reselling it (You must wait 2 weeks to do so, and it should be the same price as you bought it for unless it has extra art.)

☆ Trading it (Must wait 2 weeks)
