NYUDOODLES DESIGN TOS

MAKE SURE TO READ THIS BEFORE CLAIMING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR TOS RISKS GETTING SKIPPED/BLOCKED, DEPENDING ON SEVERITY

  • General cooldown is 48 hours. Once you receive a nyu-design, whether directly from us or not, wait 48hrs before putting the design ufo. Doing otherwise will guarantee a warning. [2023/07/29]
  • If an adopt contains multiple designs, do NOT separate them or sell them for more than what you purchased together originally.
  • Do not delete or hide the designs from us. If you want to private the designs, please authorize this account and the designer(s). 
  • Do not resell the designs for more than it's value unless there's added artwork (see points below), or you will be blacklisted.
  • Art pieces that add value: personal & commissions.
  • Art pieces that do not add value: Gifts or Art Trades.
  • Do not back out on adopts. This guarantees getting blacklisted.
  • You MUST subscribed to obtain any freebies posted on this account. Your subscription count must be on public.
  • DO NOT TRADE OUR DESIGNS ON OTHER PLATFORMS

~ GREYLIST ~
[Users  listed here are still able to communicate or interact with the account.  They are also allowed to get/own nyudoodle designs.]
[However, users listed here will NOT be allowed in the nyudoodles discord server, but are given the chance to appeal.]
[otherwise,  they are muted by the main account & providers are given the right  to ignore their claims for freebies or adopts]

~ BLACKLIST ~
[ Do not trade or gift our designs to the users below. If we find out you've done this, you will be blocked and blacklisted as well. ]
[ They are however, allowed to keep the nyu designs that they currently own. ]
[ The following users may appeal their ban here. ]

~ PERMANENT BLACKLIST ~
[ Users listed below may NOT appeal their ban/blacklist for any reasons, this is usually due to repeated TOS infringements. ]
