Tessa is a bit of an enigma, both standoffish but approachable- you could know her for years yet still never find out much about her

Her father forced her mom to kick her out at fifteen and since then she’s been reliant on her wits and her ability to mess with time- which froze her at 22.

Normally dressed in dark palettes that make her red hair look like living flames with a joint or cigarette hanging out of a slanted smirk
