Personality

Aurelia is an overly curious person. She's very imaginative, probably thanks to her mother's fiction novels. She tends to get frustrated easily when she can't understand something or when she can't progress on something, her Chingling usually helps her calm down. It's usual for her to get immersed in all kinds of books and lose track of time, as well as immerse herself in her writing. She's very passionate about what she wants to study and always wants to know more and more, so she always doubts and looks for the answer. Simple things, though, she may forget easily, and so she goes and re-read them again and again so that the knowledge stays with her.

History

She was born and raised in Snowpoint City, Sinnoh. As a kid, she loved the wintery atmosphere the City had. At first, she helped around her father's Mart a lot, but it ended up boring her more and more with the passing years. Even so, she met many people there. Thanks to the Mart, too, it was that she was able to meet Candice, and subsequently Zoey and Maylene. Candice ended up becoming the Gym Leader of Snowpoint City. When she was around 10 years old, she started getting out of the house for long walks around the Snowy City (her mother seldom noticed, since she was busy writing, and her father was at the Mart), and so her parents, worried for her, got her a Chingling as a present. She loved the cute Pokemon and was with her every moment now. She attended the local Pokemon Academy for a while too. When she was around 13, they moved to Lumiose City, in Kalos. From an early age, she had been interested in Pokemon, the places where they lived, their history... she had also been very interested in her mother's books and works. She wrote fiction, and she loved reading her books and wanted to write too. She found out she could write about the history of Pokemon, architecture, she could map out places, she could do so many things! And for that, she needed to travel. Their mother's friend and her girlfriend had got her a Heliolisk as a present at 15 years old, and she had her trusty Lily, of course. So around her 17 years of age, when they were living with her mother's friend, Lilia, and her partner, Arista, and re-modelling the café, she decided it was time to start a Pokemon Journey. She bid them all farewell, promising to call regularly, and set out on her journey with lots of things packed from her father's provisions. Second day on the journey, she rescued a stray, hurt Dedenne and brought her to safety.

Her mother, Isabel, is a writer, while her father, Joseph, was the owner of a PokeMart in Snowpoint City. When they moved to Lumiose, Aurelia's parents had a bit of trouble finding jobs. Eventually, though, her mother stumbled, by chance, upon one of her childhood friends while they were walking down a street. Lilia, and her partner, Arista. From that point on, they helped her with her Café and transformed it into a Book-Mart-Café, seizing everyone's different abilities. As of right now, that is where they live.

Personality: Aurelia's first Pokemon. Usually seen on Aurelia's arms or lap. She's very clingy towards Aurelia and doesn't enjoy fighting much. She's sweet and a bit naive.

Adin, the Dedenne

Personality: This Dedenne is playful and sometimes even mischievous, occassionaly playing mild jokes on other Pokemon or even trainers, mostly if he takes a liking to them or if he doesn't, but if he likes them, he will usually compensate by doing something good for them later. He's always moving up and down around Aurelia, which sometimes distracts Aurelia from her reading.
