i generally do not rly care what you do with any characters i've made, the character belongs to you entirely!

1) redesigning: if you do redesign any designs i made, please don't delete the old design/art made by me, archive it in a tab! also you cannot sell the old design as a separate character, if redesigned, it has to remain permanently stuck to the character! also applies to different versions made of the character, ex: human versions, dif species, aus, ect. mostly cause it honestly gets too confusing to separate them

2) trading: i would prefer if you didn't trade my designs offsite to other people & delete the character's TH profile, as i like to keep track of them on TH itself, however it's fine as long as they still have a TH profile idm

3) crediting: i always expect to be publicly & properly credited, for the original design/art anywhere the character is featured, link back to my TH if offsite

4) species: i don't rly imagine this becoming a problem ever, but please don't turn characters i've made into it's own species, open or closed, you can feel free to ask me about it, but i'll likely say no

5) tradability settings: i will and can absolutely change the tradability perms for any characters, i never understood any of that stuff when i was new to TH, so they might just be set to smth weird, feel free to ask me to change them for you!
