Kim Dae-Eun

Luc is a first-generation Korean-American. After a major falling out with his parents, he's moved out on his own, staying in whatever empty houses he can find and occasionally doing some odd-jobs.

He's a master of spying, using his 'gift of sight' to keep an eye on things and stay ahead of whoever might be looking for him. The eyes that encircle his head are his own form of psychic ability. Leaving the charged marks along strategic points, he can see when others are near, giving him enough time to vacate the area.
