Vetrune's path was laid out for him before he was born; his family has long served House Iuna, and he would be no different. Finding skill in wielding a polearm and utilizing the techniques of a Banisher, he trained for the sake of protecting the household heads & their heirs. As he did, he began forging a close bond with a young Omine, becoming akin to an uncle, in her eyes. When she grew to adulthood & expressed her resolve to travel to Kazan and become a hunter, Vetrune resolved to accompany her, acting as her personal bodyguard, out of both duty & personal wishes.

Despite his tough appearance & upbringing, Vetrune never lost his senses of humor and joy. He's open & friendly to everyone he meets, and loves cracking bad jokes he thinks are funny, to the dismay of everyone around him (but to the love of fellow joke lover Miki). He's very good with kids, and in general tends to be protective of those younger than him, especially his charge. Omine is, without a doubt, his highest priority, and he always gives his all in keeping her safe.
