Professor Lytton
The head of the Necromancy department at some magic university, as well as one of the Magic Law teachers, his main focus being on undead law.
Prof. Lytton is the creator of the 'Skin Cell Resurrection Theory', which he discovered over 50 years ago and has been confirmed to be relatively pointless, whether or not it is true. The theory states that necromancers are capable of resurrecting dead skin cells and will do so unconsciously any time they come into contact with them. Supposedly this theory applies to all dead biomatter, but that is unproven. Because of this, he wears a gas mask at all times to stop himself from inhaling living skin cells. No one really knows why he thinks this matters. Some say he believes the constant bring of dead cells back to life depletes his magical energy. Experts have pointed out that, even if this is true, the energy would deplete at maybe .00000000001% per second, so it doesn't really matter.
He's known for having very bloody Magic Law lab classes despite no one seeming to know (or willing to talk about) what he does that makes it so bloody, and also how that ever relates to law. There's really no reason for law classes to have a lab in the first place, so what exactly happens in those? Who knows. Who. Knows.
