She is always cheerful and extremely curious. Even if she dislikes the people or the situation, she'll keep up a smile and a quirky attitude. If it reaches her limit, though, she will bite, but happily!
BACK STORY
Vladyslava was conceived during the chernobyl disaster. Some workers got funky while the reactors had a meltdown. This made her absolutely immune to nuclear exposure and it's even part of her biology. While she also caused her parents' and everyone around her to die of radiation poisoning.

She was encased in the area because the radiation she expelled was too dangerous. There she developed a technology and modified her body on her own damn self to be able to suppress and control her own radiation, so she can go out and get revenge on the ones who jailed her.
While on it, she also met the cryptid known as the red eyed man bird. It was her only friend.
