The Crown prince, Viktor, is a merciless leader who has earned the title of both Tyrant and Butcher of the West. His name brings fear among any subjects alongside the Shedo Empire, as one never knows if he'll end up overtaking the next land or where. He is only the Crown Prince, though, and only makes orders for his kingdom's benefit and for his fun. He finds it funny to bring misfortune to people.

Prince Viktor's father is currently sick, and most possibly on his death bed, so the Prince is taking political matters into his own hands and running it like a tyrant. He has taken numerous lands so far, so the Shedo Empire continues to grow at a rapid pace. Unexpectedly to him, Viktor suddenly finds himself engaged to some Princess from the Maira Kingdom, which was one of the lands on his list to spill blood in). He is enraged at the thought of being tied down in a marriage meant to bring peace to the West and the North.

Upon realizing that his fiancee will be a frail and delicate Princess who gets ill often, he takes the oppurtunity to have as much fun as possible.
