Lucinda is a character from a Dungeons & Dragons campaign.
Lucinda is a fallen Aasimar of the House of Elizrael, a noble family of Aasimar dedicated to protecting the common people. She remembers none of this, however, because some conflict in her past (I still have yet to decide exactly what) led her to cut off her connection to her angelic guide, and make a pact with an ancient and terrible being known as Exeyezed, The Numerous One, or The Many-Faced Many-Armed Terror. The summoning ritual was successful and Exeyezed granted Lucinda the powers of a warlock, but also sent her into a deep state of nightmare that resulted in her losing all memory of her life.
After awakening from the ritual, Lucinda gathered up any items which appeared relevant or useful, and made her way to the nearest village, where she met Yennefer, a half-orc paladin (manyface's character), and Cathy, a tabaxi monk. She joined them as adventurers (partly by accident, partly because she hoped that travelling with them may help her discover some clues as to her past life, and partly because she had nothing better to do). So far the trio have battled a giant demon, been transported back in time, and killed a vampire which resulted in at least one paradox. At this time, Lucinda's only real clues to her angelic past are the mutterings of an irate imp, and the suggestion of said imp to look for "The Book of the Many-Faced".
