Oswin is a very simple, peaceful creature. Having been transformed after only a few days of life, he is extremely naive and lacks any real understanding of the workings of the world. Initially, he was confused by his transformation from living creature to spirit, but given that he spent such minimal time in the world of the living, he adapted quickly to the change. He still does not fully grasp the extents and limits of his magic, but he is having fun figuring them out!

Perhaps the thing he struggles with most is his telepathy. Being so young, he is not entirely sure how speech...works. He communicates mostly in chirps, hums, and half-formed thoughts. This does not seem to impede his relationships with other esks, however. Oswin is a warm, welcoming soul who desires nothing more than to befriend everyone he meets!
