_{designs can be resold for as much as you purchased the design for plus any commissioned or self-drawn art.}

_{you may edit my designs (such as making them into a cs) as long as i am appropriately credited.}

_{do not edit my art for any reason. this includes colour edits.}

_{do not remove my watermark/signature from the art.}

_{make sure to credit me, cattepillar @ TH, for any art/designs i have created.}

_{please ask me directly about commercial use.}

_{you may not hide or delete the the original design of the character.}

_{purchasing or receiving a design made by me means that you automatically agree to adhere to my TOS. breaking the rules above will result in a discontinuation of service. multiple instances of breaking the rules above will result in a blacklist.}
