A magic spirit and or lesser goddess,Inara wanders the marshes as a humanoid Will-o'-the-wisp. She is neither good nor bad, but the years have made her bitter.

possible story: Her bitterness caused her to insult a god of higher power that transformed her into a mortal for 100 years, though she still retains her goddess powers.
