Appearance: Angel is a male ghoul with red hair and blue-green eyes. He is approximately 184cm tall and has a muscular build. A tattoo covers half his chest and he has several piercings notably in the ears and on his eyebrows. While he was hunting as a ghoul he wears a metallic mask that covers the top half of his face, the mask contains wing engravings.
Hunting style: Angel’s primary targets are young people between the ages of 18-30 whom are on their own. He has the unique ability to project his voice to enrapture and attract the women. Potential victims report hearing ‘alluring singing, almost like the voice of an angel’ and they also report feeling ‘lightheaded, unable to control myself’. Potential victims report the feeling of ecstasy and are drawn to the sound without knowing why. Upon encountering Angel, potential victims have described him as ‘terrifying but beautiful’. His ukaku takes on the form of wings, further deceiving his victims.
Fighting style: Angel is extremely swift and can kill multiple CCG agents in one strike, his ukaku is able to break and regenerate at will, making them extremely malleable and difficult to hit. He is fond of forming into blades or spikes to attack. He is also able to fly for very short periods of time, aiding in his manoeuvrability. Angel is extremely vicious and will not hesitate to attack and kill CCG agents, including any humans unlucky enough to be caught in the crossfire.
Protocol: Officers beware as Angel is extremely dangerous and will show no mercy, his S ranking is due to his rapid regeneration skills and the malleability of his ukaku which is able to transform into a variety of different forms. CCG’s are advised to confront in groups of 2 or more and only with quinique.
