Abigail's Ownership

▸By owning a design made by PancakePlatypus you agree to all of the following terms. ▸Character may not be sold for more than it was purchased for unless more art, items come attached with purchase & add up to the added price. ▸When put up for Offer an appropriate cap price (AB) must be set so that people will not offer more than it is worth. ▸If character is being sold without a cap price, or being sold over what it was purchased for, current owner going against their terms forfeits their rights to PancakePlatypus's design & it legally belongs to PancakePlatypus (the original creator of the design) again. All art of the design is either forfeit to PancakePlatypus or becomes Null. If this occurs I will give a single warning before I take take back the character if nothing is done or I am ignored/blocked. ▸Character may be sold at or bellow what it was purchased for. ▸If character was not bought through a form of currency but rather traded for through art, character, or other means the character may not be later sold for any manner currency. Any manner of currency may refers to: money, DA points, game money, transferable game currency etc. ▸Character may NOT be re-sold, re-traded, re-gifted, until after 2 weeks (14 days) of ownership, and no sooner. ▸Depending on how character was purchased the availability to re-gift, re-trade, or re-sell may become null. ▸If character was not purchased using any currency and it was traded for using art or other characters it may not be re-sold. ▸If character was not purchased using any currency and it was only traded for using art or other characters, it may be traded for more art or characters than it was received for. ▸Major changes or complete remakes of the design are not permitted. ▸Minimal changes may be made to the design. ▸The designs original art done by PancakePlatypus may not be edited to change to design. ▸ A watermark should at least placed partially over the design at all times when it is posted to the public. ▸If design or art is posted on another platform than ToyHou.se (which should already have PancakePlatypus tagged with credit for the design,) Credit for the art or design must be given. ▸If the current owner of the design unlawfully says that the design is made by them or someone else instead of PancakePlatypus their ownership of the character is automatically forfeited. The design will automatically be PancakePlatypus's property again. ▸If the character is being re-sold, re-traded, or re-gifted those looking into the design must be given direct access to the Terms of Service of the character. ▸PancakePlatypus will not offer any refunds to characters purchased. ▸PancakePlatypus is not responsible for any theft that may occur of the design. ▸PancakePlatypus is the legal creator of this design. ▸If payment turns out to be a scam or terms of the exchange of the character from Pancakeplatypus's possession turn out to be false in some way, character goes back into the possession of PancakePlatypus. ▸Character may not be used for commercial use (making profit for owners benefit in a form currency.)
