Miwa is a bubbly, mischievous (kinda annoying) girl who’s majoring in mathematics! She’s never been ambitious, her only real goal in life has always been to just… make a hell of a lotta money. She originally planned to become an accountant just because both of her parents are accountants, and she honestly didn’t care much about her future beyond that. Over the summer, though, she started streaming video games as a hobby, not really expecting anything to come out of it. Then, unexpectedly, she suddenly blew up. Since her rise to popularity, Miwa’s been neglecting her studies and living a self-indulgent lifestyle… buying cute clothes, spoiling her friends, an extremely unhealthy diet of desserts and junk food… She’s obsessed with making more and more money, viewing her fans as “dirty perverts” she’ll very gladly put on the front of a cute, childish, innocent girl to exploit. The social media grind has taken over her life… cosplaying, streaming, collaborations, sponsorships… It's a lot, but Miwa’s happy as long as her bank account keeps going up.
Her friend and roommate Naomi, however, is getting worried about her. They didn’t get along at first– Miwa thought Naomi was boring and bookish (Miwa is one of those STEM students who devalue the humanities… she may get good grades in math classes but this girl cannot write a coherent essay…) Then, they eventually discovered their mutual interest in video games and bonded over that, realizing they misjudged the other. They’re very competitive about it too… Often, it’s how they’ll settle their disputes (over a game of Super Smash Bros)… Miwa’s also friends with Kaori, and by extension, Yui, who she idolizes to a very, very, very, very extreme degree, seeing Yui as the pinnacle of perfection. She just really likes pretty women… Recently, she also met Kaori’s friend Aiko, who she loves to tease and joke around with. Finally, she’s not the shortest one in the friend group…
