- do not edit my art. please create your own art or commission an artist for major design changes. contact my main account for free minor edits.
- do not sell or trade freebies who have no added value. gift art, art fight pieces, and base art do not add value. artwork must be personal/original, commissioned, or traded to add value.
- you may only resell a design for the exact amount you purchased it for unless you've added value. trades are unmoderated, but being deceptive about value to "trade up" may result in being blacklisted
- redesigns allowed but i may choose to change or remove my credits if drastic changes are made
- i allow commercial use on my designs, but i retain copyright to my artwork and ask that you either create your own art or commission an artist for things like merchandise/products or advertising.
- you will be blacklisted for making crazy insane pedo-zoo-necro-incest porn with my designs i feel like this isn't really that big of an ask idk

for the record tidbits. these aren't really TOS so much as things i am often asked about or get tired of seeing.
- i do not get involved with reuploaded designs. i do NOT recommend deleting a profile and archiving it elsewhere only to repost it later, as i will not accept credits for it.
- i heavily discourage trading my designs offsite and i am happy to provide free invite codes to keep my designs on toyhouse.
- please fill out the "transfer reason" when transferring my designs to new owners. something as simple as "sale" "trade" or "gift" works, but i encourage specificity on values when cash is involved.
- i do not require access keys or authorization for my designs. while i appreciate authorizations, i ask you especially do not give me access keys. neither are required.
- you are not ever required to follow trade locks on my designs. trade locks are unmoderated, but users being strict about trade locking my designs without my knowledge may be blacklisted.
