About
William is an all around… Interesting fellow. He runs an illegal underground business where he sells Terror Bugs to the highest bidder. He keeps this on the down low, using his Prophet powers to either see into the future to predict those who’ll try to stop him, as well as planting fake prosthetic dreams into those trying to seek him out. Anything to keep people off his back, is his motto. In the end, he does this to find some use for his affinity to attract Terror Bugs, and it’s an easy source of money to help keep himself afloat.
