Parents were religious and somewhat emotionally distant from their son, only being hard on him to get him ahead and maybe leech off any wealth he gained
Be came dependent on his girlfriend Yorkie for advice, affection, and any form of comfort. This lead to him dragging her down in his spiraling mess of a life after he dropped out of college
Desperate for work he signed up for "Happy Endings", a group that goes around trying to take out gangs that like to linger around town and disrupt the peace for drug raids, attempts of anarchy or just attempting to "tamper with the American way of life".
Was forced to team up with a man named Walker, who later he became close friends with. Though Walker seems pretty off to Ezekiel and to Yorkie but considering this is his only friend he's truly enjoyed spending time with and is comforting talking to, it's often water under the bridge.
