Koze Corday
Sarcastic • Blue • Sharp
"Do mew have any gil to pay fur that?"
She got transported to the world of Eorzea so she’s making the most of it by being a healer for hire and running a café. She will flirt with you to let your guard down before she takes your wallet. She’s very distrusting of others and puts up a fake friendly personality to make herself seem like a nonthreatening little kitten. She hates being the center of attention and prefers to keep to the sidelines.
Notes
- •Common attributes/symbols: Knives/Daggers, money, cats, baked foods
- •Common activities/hobbies: besides the general thief stuff she likes to bake and fish too
- •Setting: She’s in the world of Final Fantasy 14 but any sort of high fantasy setting works too!
- •Additional stuff to keep in mind: She dyes her hair blue, so blue haired or black with blue highlights works! She used to run a maid café so if you want an excuse to draw a maid outfit, feel free. She also had a snake start to follow her. She also speaks in cat puns (think Nepeta Lejion from Homestuck).

Moodboard
Maplestory (1-13)
Koze was born in the Universe of Maplestory. She had a pretty standard childhood, living with both parents and an older sister named Kai who is 3 years older. Koze looked up to Kai and the two learned to steal little things from townspeople and travelers for fun and spelunk old ruins nearby. Eventually their exploring led them deeper into the ruins where they found a destroyed temple. The only thing untouched was a mirror hanging on the wall. Koze picked it up and unleashed a lich who promptly cursed both, Kai taking the brunt of it. Kai crumpled to the floor and morphed into a Jr. Balrog. Koze immediately tried to run away but tripped and she lost consciousness. When she woke up she was in an unfamiliar forest.
Mabinogi (13-16)
Upon waking up, she wandered around until she came across the town of Tir. She asked all the townspeople if they knew how to get to Henesys and all were the same answer, saying they’ve never heard of it. She stayed at the Inn of Tir living on her own and helping when she can until she was supplied enough to head out and find her real home. Along her travels she got ambushed by bandits who took pity on her and taught her how to fend for herself in exchange she stays with them. She traveled with them, still searching for any info about Maple World. It wasn’t until during a bad ambush that the bandits left her for dead and she blacked out with a solid hit to her head.
Blade and Soul (16-21)
She awoke this time off the isles of Whalesong Cove, and with a killer headache, knows that that blow to the head wasn’t imagined. Through wandering around and some eavesdropping, she managed to find herself in Jadestone Village. Here she managed to gather enough information to know she was no where near Tir or Mapleworld so she set to work on making the best for herself. After the actions in Tir she was to trust no one and only care for herself, soon becoming an assassin for hire by 17. She constantly changed towns and somewhere along the way began dying her hair blue to throw off authorities. It was when she was tasked to kill an emperor that she slipped up. She jumped out of a window rather than being caught but when she opened her eyes, she wasn’t falling.
Final Fantasy XIV (21-Present)
She found herself in the forests of the Black Shroud, and with this being the 3rd time she knew that this was yet another world. It wasn’t until later she found out she was a Miqo’te, she doesn’t ask why. She wondered around until she found a camp where an adderwood lead her to Gridania. Here she learned conjury which she sold as a service to adventuring parties in need of a healer. She frequented bars as a means to steal coin purses from people for quick gil, but one night Gina spots her doing her routine and is impressed. She gave Koze a whole pouch full and since then Koze has followed the Ginokun twins. Koze now runs a bakery to pick up information and not go into dangerous dungeons as much. Her aim for this life is to live quietly as possible, but Gina makes that very difficult since she keeps toying with voidsent. She still dyes her hair blue, but the tip of her tail is sensitive, so it stays black.
An eccentric ancient with a tendency for dying, experimentation, dying, learning the unknown and unusual, dying, and dying. Married for tax benefits but loves her best friend of a wife. Koze likes to bake her different treats to test out new recipes.
An amnesiac yet upbeat traveller who, ironically, never forgets a friendly face. His curious and thrill seeking nature brought him in contact with Gina and her strange experiments and shenanigans ever in need of an adventurer's extra aid, and thus Koze. He brings an entertaining presence and more often than not something interesting to do or a tale to tell, or even better, an opportunity for coin. His shared out-of-place nature with the Ginokun twins and Koze has lead to the young man sticking around often, and on some days he even works at Koze's café, paid in scraps of bacon bread of course.
Frei is a retired pirate, current writer. Koze enjoys quiet days talking with him and the occasional time they go on a grand adventure to kill a large hunt.
One day he was reached out to by a pair of pink-haired allagan twins, Gina Ginokun and Ganturo Ginokun. They showered him in enough wealth to ensure that nobody in his family, nieces and nephews included, wouldn't go hungry again. Using the large number of more munadne skills that some adventueres don't consider, he's become a very effective handyman for his new friends as well as a decent arm should the need arise. Koze likes him to take care of the tasks she doesn't want to do as well as have him make some finer trinkets she can't make.
