# TERMS OF SERVICE 

PLEASE , DO NOT :

•  sell my designs for a higher price than it was originally purchased for. 

> After adding commissioned art or your personal art worth, you can sell it for a higher price. However, gift or trade art doesn't have any monetary value added to the design. 

•  Draw on top of my art without my permission.

> Redesign is okay! But don't edit the original art file of my designs please. This also includes editing commissioned art by me without my permission.

•  De-transition any trans ocs. 

> If I sold you a trans character please do not de-transition them. This includes non-binary characters, gay characters, and lesbian characters. Make sure what you are purchasing before grabbing my design to put boobs on them, when they were originally a trans masc oc.

•  Light the skin of my POC designs.

> Do I even have to explain why this makes me uncomfortable? POC designs are meant to stay POC, nothing more to say. 

•  Use my designs for hate speech against the community or proship with them.

> Designs used for this will be revoked from you, you'll get blacklisted and blocked from all my social media. 

•  use AI with my designs.

•   you don't have the right to claim co-ownership of my designs if you haven't paid/traded for them.

> Please don't gift half of the ownership of my designs unless both parties had paid/traded to get it. I feel extremely uncomfortable watching the OG worth of my designs getting low-ball, please don't do it, this includes reselling my designs in "bundles" or "combos".

•  please, do not unlink my twins/siblings/partners designs. 

> I worked hard with their concept, these characters are meant to share lore together and links have to stay untouched so future owners are aware of the design's siblings, partner, etc.

•  make a family oc for my designs.

> This means you're basically ripping off their designs, since the siblings/family designs I've released share a lot of similarities, you are not allowed to design one by yourself. If you want family or siblings for a design made by me, contact me! I can make a custom for you. 

•  HIDE OR DELETE THEIR PROFILES FROM ME.

> IF YOU'RE GONNA BUY FROM ME, PLEASE AUTH ME SO I CAN SEE MY OWN DESIGNS! I DON'T LIKE THEM BEING HIDDEN FROM THE PUBLIC. IT MAKES ME SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:

• redesign my designs with a new reference. 

> Do not edit the original art of my designs, if you want to redesign them, please do it in a new art file made by you. Do not hide the original art file, leave it in a sub-gallery or tab marked as "outdated".

•  sell gifted/traded designs ONLY if you added extra art or commissioned art to them

> You'll get blacklisted if you sell a design you got for trade/free without adding art to it. Resell only allowed for people who paid for it. Check the ownership log!

• draw suggestive/gore/nsfw/darkfiction with them 

> It's allowed, as long as you're an adult. If I find out you're making nsfw of my designs being a minor, the design will be revoked and you'll get blacklisted.

• turn them into a CS or different species 

> Such as, pony, dainty, mignyan, furry, angemo, no need to ask me privately!

• Make a child/adult/old versions of them is okay 

> As long as you keep the design attached to the profile, don't make them separated characters.
