Umeko

Umeko, along with her two sisters, is part of an elite team of protectors that guard the ancient forest of Sakozko. The forest is the heart of the country and the current residence of the god of nature, Renkuda, and it is the center of all life and magic of the world. Umeko and her sisters are the recruited guardians that watch the borders of the forest, serving one of many barriers between the outside world and the one that lies behind the trees. She is extremely skilled in combat, and having been born and raised in the forest, she knows the layout and the inner workings of it inside and out. She and her sisters are aware of the strange behavior of the borders and their location; they shift constantly and never stay in one place. She knows about the odd tendencies and the unique life, both flora and fauna that are exclusive to only the forest, which is something that is not easily understood or learned by an outsider. This knowledge, along with her connection with her siblings including their one brother who serves as an ambassador of Renkuda’s high council, allows her to be connected to nature.
