A'nelakshabekin is a storm dragon, based on both oriental and western dragons, with a furry body, lightning shaped horns and wolf-cat like ears; her build is supposed to be elegant and soft to see. Her measurements range from small(like a cat) to colossal(like legendary dragons), and it stretches to take long dragon body form, or regular europan dragon size. She's supposed to be funny to play around, but not losing her charms and elegance.
- Reds are (a really strong) makeup; so playable & optional
- Tail's lightning mark is optional; it can be colored fully 'white'
- Red ribbon can be placed anywhere, and is optional
- Nelly has 4 tail designs, and it can be played around; choose anyone! All of them are good!
- Piercing are optional, but always golden
- Legs' paws can be draw 'simplified'
- Arms' paws need to be bird-human-fingered like, but can be simplified.

Nelly is a darkly hypnotic presence — introspective, reserved, and fiercely independent. She keeps her distance, not out of coldness, but to protect the depth of her spirit. The wild nature of the creature was overwhelming, but curiously, it was not predatory, it was something that existed, observed, even scared - but did not get involved. It was like the eye of God on mortals, imperishable, impartial, observer. She could not be classified as a God, but was clearly a force of nature, the incarnation of the events that gave her life, and so remained throughout centuries of history; its form was elegant seen from earth, as if storm clouds danced under the gray veil of the rain that would come, the form of a lightning that spread in the skies like tincture on paper.
