Name | Xaori Ishikane |
Gender | Male |
Age | 19 |
Title | Kami Of Spirits |
Role | Guide Spirits To The Afterlife |
Sexuality | Bisexual |
Xaori is a well-known mischief-maker, so it only makes sense that one of his favorite pastimes is to mess with people. He often plays around in his cat form and even went as far as to steal a fox mask to further highlight his personality. Not surprisingly, he doesn't take his job very seriously and is considered an outcast among the other kami. He's considered as "too young" and should have someone else more competent to take over his role. Xaori is very short-tempered and impatient; he is more than willing to prove to the others and higher-ups he can, in fact, do his job. Despite this, he usually evades work by sneaking out of his shrine to partake in nearby festivals and meet different humans.
✦ Appearance
In his human form, he dons a white t-shirt that has grey, white, and gold patterns on it. He is essentially a kemonomimi, so he also has cat ears in human form. On his head is a fox mask that he stole and he wears a string with three beads around his neck. He also wears bracelets that seem to be stolen as well. Xaori has a cat tail that can take on many forms at will but is usually long and thin. His shorts have red and gray on them. His nails are painted with the same colors on his shirt. His eyes are yellow with a red ring and have black/ grey pupils. In human form, his hair is white with a black/ grey patch on the front.

Like most kami, Xaori was born a human, but an unfortunate turn of events lead to the shortening of his lifespan. At 16, Xaori was killed by a rampant tiger who'd escaped from the zoo and somehow made its way into the convenience store he happened to be in. After his death, Xaori wasn't necessarily sure if he wanted to become a kami or to just return to his maker and start life anew. Either way, he was still in quite a predicament; Xaori never believed in the existence of God[s], so it's only natural that he'd find himself undeserving of such an important role. Still, after a lot of convincing, he decided to take on the role of guiding spirits into the afterlife.

● Absolutely despises tigers, but it's only natural. you'd hate a tiger if you were ripped to shreds by one too! |
● He likes messing with people who tend to be more serious than others since he likes being the reason for them suddenly breaking their reserved persona |
● A total kleptomaniac |
