Description Sandy, bleached hair. Overall dark attire with few sandy accents. Lean-looking but muscular under clothing, particularly in the arms. Maroon-colored eyes. Looks a lot more sullen and moody than they really are inside. Above stressed out his face, but he is happy to be living on Earth, fallen or not.

Personality Renee has been known by angelic acquaintances to be observant, kind, and quiet. There was not much objection from Renee when it came to interacting with his holy peers, whether it be at his profession or in common life. He came off as attentive and obedient. Near the end of his angelhood, peers described a sort of mania quietly following Renee, causing him to make rather wishy-washy decisions, almost as if he couldn't make up his mind on how he felt. As an earthling, Renee has been told from human friends and peers that he seems jaded, but chill with a "pinch of OCD", in reference to the particular way they go about their artistic business and habits. On Earth, Renee outright refuses to sculpt, sticking to the ease, freedom, and efficiency of using paint mediums, especially since they were introduced to spray paints. One could create a mural as grand in size and beauty as any sculpture he could dream of. He was drawn to the intense and thoughtful use of color in mural painting, opposed to the monochromatic same-ness of the sculptures of Above. 

Backstory In angelhood, Renee had been hard at work in an apprenticeship to a great line of angelic sculptors, with hopes to someday carry on that tradition and conceptualize and create more beautiful works out of love and appreciation for Above and all the angels of Gods. Blessed hands to sculpt were their gift from Gods. However, the only thing standing in his way to succession was himself. For his mind had been so quickly swayed from research into the sternly-held beliefs of Above into one of anti-authority and some would go as far as to say anarchy, in retrospect. Though none were the wiser of these budding feelings within Renee, as they kept their lips sealed as thoughts of doubt bubbled and melded together in his mind. During their deviation from the arts into research of Above, it was their discovery of the erasing of a soul's mind for angel transformation that really drove Renee over the edge into full rebellion. But he was patient, nonetheless.

On the eve of revealing a grand new sculpture to his region of above, he made a drastic choice to put all his past efforts and current energy into one, final, act of defiance towards the ideals and upheld beliefs of Above, and especially the nonchalant feelings of those who do not question the authority of Gods to strip souls of their memories. He was tasked with creating a new sculpture in the Center of Arts region, but instead of an angelic homage to the peace and tranquility of the afterlife, Renee's last act of angelhood was a sculpture of an angel draped over a plateau, in a position where one would assume the angel was weeping, alone. The most of the angel's head had been shattered off, revealing a deep red ink that poured down the sides of the sculpture. That same ink was used to decorate the hundred or so feet's worth of smeared handprints leading to the sculpture across the floor. Underneath the weeping, decapitated angel and above the sea of smeared, red hands was a phrase in Latin, repeated on all sides of the plateau in the same red ink, that read: "Deus consensu non requirebat, et ideo Deus angelos mentes abstergebat. [translated: God did not require consent and therefore God wiped the angels' minds."] This shocking reveal felt like a direct attack on Renee's superiors, their community, and Gods. So much so that his demotion into fallen angel status had been expedited. Within a day his divinity was revoked and he had been deemed unholy and banished away from Above for his sin.

Renee had chosen Earth as their new home, in hopes to meet some of the great artists of humanity such as those of the classical eras like Raphael and Rembrandt. His estimation of the time period was off, as these notable artists had already passed. That did not stop him from visiting their museums and investing in trinkets with some of  their most notable works.
