dr. andrei is employed by the government to conduct any tests he deems necessary in order to come up with cures to a variety of illnesses. he works alongside his best friend, dr. sirge. andrei far more reckless and lacking in empathy than sirge, however. he's incredibly intelligent, but he's aware of it, so he can be a bit cocky and doesn't like to listen to what others have to say. often seems bored/disinterested.
