Tobias is very kind and sweet.Unfortunately, he is a bit naive which makes some people take advantage of his kindness. He can be sensitive on some subjects. Tobias is also very dynamic and energetic, motivated, determined and always ready to go on an adventure. He don't like violence, that means he never (or very rarely) uses his cross-mode to fight. Tobias is rather impish and childish, he loves doing jokes, buf when it comes to his work, he can be extrememy serious and rigorous. He is the confidant, the good friend.
Background
Tobias was abandoned when he was a puppy, by his biological family, for unknown reasons. He was screaming in the cold winter, about to die, when the family Tsundora arrived on time and saved him. The Tsundora immediately adopted and raised him as their own son. This is how Tobias becomes very close, see inseparable from his brother Kasimir.
