Ty

Ty is extremely happy, upbeat, and excitable. Not much sense of a personal bubble. They're generally 'stupid', annoying, and aggravating to most. They just want to be your friend, but they always end up doing the complete opposite by scaring everyone off. They seems to get a couple levels smarter when she's feeling strongly about something, possibly from repressed intelligence or faking the entire persona, but they don't seem to realize it.

Ty grew up in foster care, bouncing around from family to family. When they were around twelve, they stuck with one couple who they'd have happilied call their parents. They went to prestigious schools, aced all her exams, and lived a perfectly happy life until the one day it all went wrong. They dropped out of their special schools - they couldn't keep up anymore. Their grades fell, and so did their home life. Never being formally adopted by the couple, they disowned them as family and left the quickest they could to Lilypad.
