Mint Peridot

Mint Peridot is a former Homeworld Gem. 

She was separated from Pink Pearl early during her time on Earth, and after attempting to disguise herself and pass for human, Mint was kidnapped. She was eventually rescued by human authorities after a sting operation, and transported to a hospital under the assumption that she was a human child. When she poofed during an examination, her Gem heritage was discovered and Mint was incarcerated in a forensic psychiatric center for many years.

Training herself to poof her body at will, Mint eventually escaped the asylum and eluded capture long enough to make her way out of the region. Soon, she found Pink Pearl and was brought to the Lighthouse.

Mint was originally a member of the Pink Diamond Court, along with Pink Pearl.  Her uniform originally consisted of a body suit with pink diamond insignia on her stomach and knees.  Her hair was also styled in a triangular shape.  Over the years, Mint changed her uniform and her hair thinned out and drooped.  Her gem is located in the middle of her forehead, with the facets hidden under her skin.  The gem itself is damaged, with notches, scratches, and small holes from where it was drilled and samples removed.  Due to the damage, Mint can no longer summon her weapon and she can only make limited projections.
