The daughter of Alphabet Soup and Tornado Warning, she is the younger sister of Harvest Moon. Witching Hour has a sort of otherworldly sense, often having prophetic dreams. She spends a lot of time brewing potions and was an apprentice of Zecora for many years. Her eyes are sensitive to light so she wears a vail to protect her eyes. She loves hanging out with her family, occasionally helping with the farm work, she'll lend a hoof during the harvest season.  She has her own little patch on the farm where she grows her own herbs, she keeps her potions work in a little cottage built on the edge of the farm, so she is able to keep any mistakes away from anywhere they could cause damage, and so that she can work in the quiet and calm area of the farm.

Soft spoken and with an air of calm surrounding her, Witching Hour is a pony that everypony feels comfortable around, though she may first appear to be rather mysterious, Witching Hour quickly brightens any room. She does however, tend to have a little bit of a temper when she just cannot figure out what is going on with her potions, which may lead to her snapping at anypony who happens to wander into her cottage when she's in a bad mood.
