Cerberus (ケルベロス) is an Exchange student which was transfurred into the General Studies class for the purpose to increase the relationship and trust between the United Kingdom and Japan. They are top 10 of their class and was selected from some of the top performing students for their year though had enough flaws to be taught by the top of Japan, having going though various exams and trials to be an acceptable applicant for the exchange program.

Background

Though their father is quirkless they get their initial power from their mother. Their mother having the quirk to increase their strength when angered and/or upset. Though once adopted into the Hero Public Safety Commission, their family having needing to give them up in order to live, pay the rent and continue their life as normal. Once arriving at the british location they were introduced to their class where they were to learn to become a hero and diplomat for their cause.

Though their Quirk didn't truely maifest till roughtly that of 5 years old, one of the last ones being in the class to have their power shown. This only became edvident because they were being picked on for not only being the last one in the class to get their quirk but they were generally a quiet, smart but alone child. Having been taken at a young age and not knowing who they were they didn't truely know how to grow up around others as well as growing on improving their social interactions.

Once the commission heard that the last student had finally comfirmed their quirk the experiments began in earnest. This was after all that they had taken them in for. Growing up for the commission their views on the world had been warped into something of their creation. With their experiments they started to develop abnormalities from the human world they had came to know, which only made the bullying worsen. Words such as 'Deamon', 'Chimera' and even 'Villain' were tossed around like loose change.

As they grew among their peers not only did they mentally get stronger but as the experiements grew in dosage their abnormalities became more apperant. Growing horns on their head, their spine extending spikes as well as growing a tail, matching their dark, quiet and aloof personality. The first time they lost control of their body they couldn't believe what they could turn into. Something that of a spiked werewolf with scales instead of fur. Not only that, but the more they got angry, the hotter the room became. The lab assisstants got worried for the destruction of their training arena but they one overseeing Cerberus's progress told them that if they haulted their progress he would see that they wouldn't see the light of day again.

Appearance

As in the base human like form they have a mop of black hair, gray/blue eyes. Standing at an adverage height of 5"2 when in this form. They are often seen in dark colours clothes, mostly plain but if it did have other colours or pattern they would ensure it would have red or be merchendise of their favourite heroes. Though while in this base form, they still keep the horn on their head mixed in their hair as well as the tail from the base of their spine. Should they be undressed the dark spins from their monsterious form still remains along their spine. Though adverage in build their muscles arn't apperent in this form

When their Quirk, Monstrosity is activated they turn into a scaled humanoid beast. Sharp spicks running down their face all the way down their spine and onto their tail. When angry their spit becomes as hot as molten lava, the pads on their paws heating up as well. The hottest their spit has been reccord at is at 1128°C (2062°F)

Personality

Although when they are first intorduced into the class they are shy and reclusive, though once they get to know their fellow classmates as well as getting to know their powers and working along side them they start to come out of their shell. Cracking jokes, being silly as well as just living life to the full. Thoguh with like most creatures they tend to attach themselves to one partular individual. They try to help how ever they can and be a bit of a push over if you were included to use them for your own gain but if you treat them with respect they will treat you just the same back. Speak to them with a sour attitude or rudely? They won't take that for long and will put up a fuss eventually when they know they feel safe to do so. Though they know their their quirk isn't the most heroic nor the nicest to look at they know that their actions will speak louder than words and one day they will be seen for their achivements not for the monster that they know they are on the outside.

Quirk and Abilities

Monstrosity - This is the name and classfication of their Quirk in which they have the ability to turn into a completely different creature compared to that of a Quirkless human.

Anger: When they get angry or upset they start to lose control over the tempature in their body to rise and burn brightly like molten lava which drips from their mouth like an animal. As well as leave burn prints on anything that can no withstand the heat of motlen lava from their feet and paws.

Moves

They are primariy Close quater combantant. Their spit unable to reach great distances. Though if they are covered with Ice, water or any other cooling agent it calms them down and they go into a 'dormant' Like form where they are more under control of their feelings as well as their tempature.

Equipment

Though they do not currently make use of any support items they wouldn't decline any thing that would help them in a long range combat.
